Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Local consumer rights

This policy applies to customers worldwide. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies available under the laws of the country or region where you live.

If local consumer law provides you with greater rights than those stated in this policy, those local rights will apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
